Time to build those bones with a workout courtesy of Angela Fischetti - Front Narrow Squat

This week we are sharing Angela's Video for the Front Narrow Squat - an exercise which is excellent is for the Quadriceps. For those of you new to this series, we do a deep dive into one strength training exercise at a time. We get into the anatomy; 3-approaches to each exercise of topic is demonstrated. Always demonstrated is the exercise without added resistance for those who have chronic concerns, to give them hope that there is something they CAN do without injury. Ultimately, you get to choose the exercise your body appreciates. It's a DIY approach. - Angela

We can figure out a safe approach to encourage you to return to exercise or begin your new journey, with an open mind and a different attitude, not cultivated in negativity.




SAFETY FIRST! SUGGESTED PRACTICES AT-A-GLANCE


1 - Before exercising to any video, please show the video to the medical healthcare practitioner who best knows your medications and your body to help you make an informed decision about exercising and what equipment to use during exercise.


2 - Make sure your workout space is well lit, free of clutter and of comfortable temperature.


3 - Make sure your workout equipment is safe, i.e. use chairs without wheels and exercise on a hard, flat surface -- no throw rugs.


4 - Do not eat full meals 2-3 hours prior to exercise.


5 - Stay hydrated during workout unless you have kidney or bladder issues.


6 - Always wear closed-toed shoes, preferably sneakers or aqua shoes.


7 - Always follow suggested modifications.


8 - Exercise equipment is suggested but not required in order to safely execute each workout.



 


We meet every Saturday at 8:00am PST - 11:00am EST - beginning 28 September through 28 December. Weekly attendance is NOT required - join when you can to fight Osteoporosis YOUR WAY! All members of our 6D Living community are welcome to join FOR FREE!




Weekly meetings from 28 September - only one registration is needed. And you can register at any time from today through December.
