7. When I did eat cheese… I could’t stop. I could literally eat a 1000 calories…no problem. But I doubt I could eat 1000 calories of plant based foods. Why?
8. You mention in your book that fatty foods make your digestive track wall more permeable so that calorie packed molecules can slip through and pass into your bloodstream. Would you explain this ….as this just blows my mind!
9. in one of your studies, you tested the effects of getting away from cheese and other animal products. Would you share what you did in this study?
10. How did the metabolism change for these people? How did you measure it?

12. In 2004, 32% of Americans were obese and by 2014 it had risen to 38%. Everyone was pointing at sugar. Was this the underlying cause?
13. What about the Atkins diet? People saw results, but is this a healthy choice?

Part IV Hidden Hormone Effects
1.I know that many women are having trouble conceiving. We can point the finger a lot of possible causes… but can cheese have a direct impact on the female reproductive system?
2. Women are often given Premarin, which is a common hormone preparation prescribed for hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. Would you explain first of all where it comes from, and what are some of the issues with using this?
3. How do dairy products affect hormone functions, either directly or indirectly?
4. Estrogens are in milk. Where do they come from and why don't I see it listed on the package label?
5. What is bovine growth hormone and why is it injected into the cow?
6. Why is it that people whose diets are based on animal products tend to have higher cancer rates for some cancers?
7. There is a lot of controversy about soy products, as they contain phytoestrogens. There is the idea that soy products may cause breast cancer or make breast-cancer progress. What are your thoughts about this?
8. What about isolated soy protein? Would this be the same category as say tofu or soy milk?
9. What about dairy products and men? Is there an increased rate of prostate cancer that correlates to animal consumption?
10. What is insulin like growth factor (IGF)? And what are the issues in regards towards our body?
11.Please discuss the relationship between calcium and vitamin D within the body and the impact that dairy products have on this delicate balance.
12.If you are diagnosed with cancer, can we fight back with just food?

You mentioned that casein in milk can possibly create cancer. A person from India wanted ask….that where he grew up, milk consumption is very high. How is it that no one had a cancer? It was very rare that one would hear about cancer. Can you shed some light?
1. Some people are allergic to milk, and that's pretty straightforward. But other people have observed that dairy products seem to make other allergies worse. Why is this?
2. What about dairy products and asthma? Is there a link between these two?
3. What is the effect of dairy products on lung function?
4. Why do dairy proteins trigger so many respiratory problems?
5. What about migraines? Can cheese be a trigger for these horrible headaches? (explain tyramine and how it forms)
6. What can you do to figure out what your trigger is for migraine?
7. What about arthritis? Does dairy products contribute to arthritis and can a diet change help?
8. Researchers from Australia's Monash University found a link between people with tendon problems and bad cholesterol. Can dairy be the culprit here as well?
9. People eating a plant-based diet, such as the Islanders of Papua New Guinea, rarely having issues with acne. But once a diet is westernized, acne becomes a huge problem. Why is this?
10. What about type I diabetes? Is there a relationship between children consuming cows milk formula and type one diabetes?
10a. I know I grew up drinking milk as a kid… and I know many of my generation did. Why don’t we see more type 1 diabetes?
11. How about type II diabetes? Can this be reversed with diet?
