Vertigo is a much more common problem than many people realize and it can severely impact our ability to function or even move without becoming dizzy and disorientated. Fortunately, there is a simple series of movements which can help to alleviate these symptoms and release us from this imbalance.




Carol Foster, MD from the University of Colorado, Denver share the how and why vertigo happens to some of us and how these simple movements can relieve our pressure and imbalances. The movements take a few minutes to perform and they can work miracles!
