A life in Six Dimensions - what is our Physical Dimension and how can we nurture and balance this part of our lives?


Our bodies crave physical activity. Our muscles need it to to stay strong, our hearts need it to keep beating - even our minds crave physical activity for the release of endorphins! Balance this dimension with a variety of activities that serve to stimulate all your body's systems, from circulatory to nervous -  and all systems in between!




I believed that physical activity was a struggle for me, for as long as I remember. I intend to change that thought. I have never regretted attending a yoga, Zumba or aqua dance class. I think the trick is to love the benefits so much that I want to move my body. My plan is to commit to giving my body what it needs long enough for my mind to crave it. Who’s with me? Let’s do this!



August Auditions ~ Why not audition one of these simple ideas for optimizing your Physical Dimension. Try one out for a week, if you like it, stack another one, the following week. Keep the ones you like - all are designed to help optimize your nutritional health and well-being.


Which ideas will you audition this month? 

1.      Take yourself for a walk outside for one hour each day

2.      Commit to strength train three times during the week

3.      In a club or in your living room, spend time dancing each day

4.      Begin & end each day practicing conscious breathing techniques

5.      Commit to some form of cardiovascular exercise each day this week

6.      Begin each day practicing Sun Salutations for 30 minutes

7.      Practice self-care each evening with a body hygiene routine

8.      End each day gently stretching and breathing

9.      Practice the 5 Tibetan Rites each day

Augusts is my walking month, on PTO and away from day to day exploring the open world! I loved reading this and I shall continue to take the month off being motivated reading this for as long as life will permit.
