A life in Six Dimensions - what is our Nutritional Dimension and how can we nurture and balance this part of our lives?


Our food is our fuel. This is the dimension of our lives that provides the energy required to live, survive and ultimately thrive. Balance this dimension by focusing on nutrient rich foods found in nature.



The truth about nutrition is deep. Deep because it seems I had to really dig to find it. Information that has the power to change the world doesn’t seem to be readily available or provided in the space we expect it would be, like healthcare, schools, etc.,(specifically schools of medicine). I began “digging” for information for health reasons. What came to the surface was life changing! “The process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth,” (the definition of nutrition, New Oxford American Dictionary).



July Auditions ~ Why not audition one of these simple ideas for optimizing your Nutritional Dimension. Try one out for a week, if you like it, stack another one, the following week. Keep the ones you like - all are designed to help optimize your nutritional health and well-being.


Which ideas will you audition this month? 

1.        Eat one salad every day

2.        Remove all animal products from your diet

3.        Eat two servings of cruciferous vegetables every day

4.        Drink at least five glasses of water every day

5.        Eat 1 TBSP of ground flax seed every day (with plenty of water)

6.        Remove all processed foods from your diet

7.        Eat two servings of whole grains every day

8.        Drink one glass of fresh vegetable juice every     day

9.        Drink one green smoothie every day

10.     Eat two Raw Meals every day
