Denise Otter will be your guide through a series of simple but effective movements designed to improve your energy, mobility, flexibility, balance, and stability in 3-8 minutes, 5 days a week. This challenge will lure you into the habit of energizing movement, and get you hooked on delicious flexibility, calming balance, and confident stability. Join this 30-day challenge to 'THRIVE!' in your life.

About THRIVE! - Challenge Details 

  • We will begin our Thrive challenge on August 1st.
  • Participants will have access to follow-along videos, which are updated weekly for progressive improvement.
  • Personalized guidance on how to simplify or intensify the movements will be provided, whenever desired.
  • We will motivate one another with daily check-ins in a private FB group. (BEGINNING ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 1ST) 
  • At the end of the challenge, we will pick a challenge winner from the FB group.
  • We will share simple ways to boost our energy and mobility.
  • This group will meet every Monday during the month of August at 5:00pm PST/8:00pm EST on Zoom. We’ll enjoy the ​​collective effervescence of moving together while sharing and learning. These meetings are optional. (FIRST ZOOM MEETING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 5TH)
  • Denise will share helpful and supportive information each week via email.
  • Denise will provide daily guidance and support in the FB group.
  • All participants are welcome to post photos, videos and stories about how they are doing with their challenge
  • We ask all participants to actively support & encourage others in the community during these 30 days together

  • REMINDER! This group will meet every Monday during the month of August at 5:00pm PST/8:00pm EST on Zoom. We’ll enjoy the ​​collective effervescence of moving together while sharing and learning. These meetings are optional. Denise will share helpful and supportive information each week via email. 

A study found that you have a 65% chance of completing a goal if you tell someone else you’re committing to doing it. And if you have specific check-ins with a partner, your chance of success increases to 95%

About your guide -  Denise Otter

Denise has a diploma and a teacher certificate in Yoga. She’s also a certified floor barre instructor. But she has not always been active. In fact, she was sedentary most of her life. But she knew she had to ‘move’ because despite a ‘relatively healthy diet’, ‘strange debilitating health issues’ were creeping in. Thus started the journey of tiny steps - as small as 1-min stretches each day. Today, she’s a passionate advocate of taking tiny steps toward lasting change.

Having led a project to guide 2000 Duolingo volunteers to host 600+ events weekly worldwide, Denise loves communities and is continuously awed by the transformative power of deep and meaningful connections. The 6D community holds a special place in her heart — beyond educating and inspiring, it has been a source of support and healing during a period of grief. As our Challenge Moderator, she hopes to pass this on and will be moderating our community challenges.
